1. Information You Provide

When you use DIALLED, you provide your name and a estimate of your golf handicap during onboarding, which you can edit anytime in your profile. No separate account creation or password is required beyond what's needed to sync your data across devices.

2. Information Processed to Provide the App

The following information is transmitted from your device to operate the App:

  • Practice and session data — drills completed, session length, drill feedback (Too Easy / Felt Good / Too Hard), streaks, and progress history, stored to build and adapt your personal practice plan
  • A unique device/account identifier, used to link your data and subscription across sessions
  • Subscription status, required to unlock DIALLED Pro features
  • Coach conversations — messages you send to the AI Coach, along with relevant practice history, processed in real time to generate a response
  • Leaderboard data, if you choose to appear on the leaderboard — your display name, streak, and points, visible to other users
  • Anonymous usage events (such as screens viewed and features used), used to understand how the App performs and to improve it

3. Use of Information

Information is used solely to:

  • Build and adapt your personalised practice plan and drill recommendations
  • Power the AI Coach feature
  • Verify your subscription status and deliver paid features
  • Maintain your progress history, streaks, and leaderboard standing
  • Diagnose issues and improve the App

Your information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertising networks.

4. Service Providers

To operate the App, limited information is shared with the following categories of service providers under data processing agreements: payment and subscription management (including Apple and RevenueCat), backend data storage (Supabase, EU-based), AI coaching responses (Anthropic), and product analytics.

These providers process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this Policy.

5. Data Security

All information transmitted from your device is sent over HTTPS. Server-side data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure with industry-standard access controls.

6. Subscription Information

DIALLED Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system, with monthly and annual options. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data processed about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

To exercise these rights, use the contact form. Requests for deletion are typically handled within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

Practice and progress data is retained while your account is active. Subscription-related records are retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period after cancellation for accounting and support purposes. Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregated form. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email above.

9. Children

DIALLED is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly process their information.

10. Changes

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
