1. Acceptance
By downloading or using DIALLED, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Provider
DIALLED is operated by Niko Nordström (North Enterprises Oy), Finland.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Subscriptions
DIALLED Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Price varies by region. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the App or its content.
6. Disclaimer
The App provides AI-generated practice suggestions for informational purposes only. Results vary. We make no guarantee of improvement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Enterprises Oy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
