1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the DIALLED golf practice app. By using DIALLED, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

DIALLED is operated by North Enterprises Oy, Finland (Business ID 3187223-1), referred to below as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

2. Using DIALLED

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DIALLED for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, manipulate leaderboard results, or copy or redistribute its content without permission, except where permitted by law.

3. DIALLED Pro Subscriptions

DIALLED Pro offers weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

The price, billing period, included features, and any available introductory offer are displayed before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

Payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its duration, eligibility requirements, and subsequent subscription price are shown before you subscribe.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Deleting the app, resetting progress, or requesting deletion of your data does not cancel your subscription.

Refund requests for Apple purchases can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is subject to Apple’s refund process and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

4. Practice Guidance and AI Coach

DIALLED provides golf practice plans, drills, progress information, and AI-generated coaching responses.

Recommendations depend on the information available to the app. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgement when following suggestions and practise in a suitable, safe environment.

DIALLED does not guarantee improved scores, a lower handicap, or any particular result. Its content does not replace individual instruction from a qualified coach or professional medical advice.

5. Your Information and Privacy

You are responsible for the information you enter into DIALLED. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or other people’s private information through the AI Coach or feedback features.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, including information shared with service providers and your available choices and rights.

6. Ownership

DIALLED’s branding, software, drill content, videos, images, and other materials belong to North Enterprises Oy or their respective owners.

These Terms give you permission to use the app. They do not transfer ownership of its content or intellectual property.

7. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update DIALLED to improve its features, reliability, or security. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or because of issues outside our reasonable control.

Changes to paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where required, we will give advance notice of material changes and explain any cancellation or refund rights.

8. Liability

We are responsible for providing DIALLED with reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence where applicable. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.

If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as DIALLED develops or legal requirements change.

We will notify you of material changes and obtain your agreement where required by law. The date above identifies the latest update.
